Meet Virender

Compassionate Veterinarian, Skilled Surgeon, and Dedicated Community Advocate.

I’m a veterinary surgeon based in Langley, BC, with 25+ years of experience and a deep passion for animal welfare. Over time, I’ve been fortunate to build trust within our community, dedicating myself to the health and happiness of every animal I treat. My approach is simple: I believe animals deserve the same level of care and compassion as humans, and I strive to bring that belief to life through skill, empathy, and innovation in my work.
While I’ve been recognized for my surgical expertise, what truly drives me is the opportunity to make a difference—not just in the clinic but beyond. I’m passionate about advocating for animal welfare, promoting responsible pet ownership, and supporting wildlife conservation. It’s been incredibly rewarding to connect with people who share this love for animals and to contribute to education and awareness in our community.
I also believe in giving back. Whether it’s volunteering for rescue efforts, mentoring aspiring veterinarians, or participating in outreach programs, I try to lead with kindness and integrity. These values are at the heart of who I am, both as a professional and as a member of this community.

Stories through the Lens

Capturing Moments of Care, Compassion, and Connection

"As a veterinary surgeon, I have dedicated my life to the well-being of animals, understanding that care, empathy, and responsibility are the pillars of a thriving community. But my commitment extends beyond the clinic—I believe in a society where every individual, human or animal, is treated with dignity and respect.

Strong communities are built on trust, service, and a shared vision for a better tomorrow. I am passionate about creating spaces where people feel heard, where progress is driven by collaboration, and where every action reflects a deep sense of responsibility toward our future.

Through my work, I strive to make a meaningful impact—whether by ensuring the health of beloved pets or by championing causes that strengthen the fabric of our society. Because true leadership isn't about titles; it's about making a difference in the lives of those around us."

Honoring the Community That Shaped Me — A Commitment to Giving Back

Monthly Community Wellness Day

Monthly Community Wellness Day

Every first Tuesday of the month, we open our doors to the community — offering free physical examinations and check-ups for pets. Families only pay for the vaccines their pets need that day. Preventive care should never be a privilege.

We partner with rescue organizations to pull dogs off euthanasia lists and give them a fighting chance. Treatment is provided at nearly 70% below standard cost — because that part of our work is not about business. It is about saving lives.

The Night We Refused to Give Up

The Night We Refused to Give Up

A guard dog arrived at our clinic barely alive — stabbed more than 50 times. Other hospitals had turned him away. We chose to operate. Four to five hours later, we had saved his life. Some decisions define who you are.

Beating Parvo, Defying the Odds

Beating Parvo, Defying the Odds

Three rescue puppies arrived with Parvovirus — one of the deadliest infections a young dog can face. Standard treatment costs $5,000. We treated all three for under $500. Two survived. Today, they still visit us for check-ups.

Every Day, One More Life

Every Day, One More Life

Each day, we quietly take on one or two rescue cases — a spay, a treatment, a pregnant dog who arrived on a euthanasia list and left as a mother. This is the work we rarely talk about. But it never stops.
